Ever wonder which Chatty Cathy doll you have? I sure did when  I got my hands on 2 Chatty Cathy Dolls! The first one which I just posted up on eBay is in great condition.  Upon researching for 2 hours,  I found out that the

#1 body is a prototype which was released in 1959. They have a bob hairstyle, cloth covered speaker, no stampings or markings on their back and darker colored limbs and a soft face. She said 11 different sayings when you pulled her string.

#2 body came out in 1960, these dolls have a patent pending from Mattel on their backs. They featured blonde or brown hair with a bob type hairstyle.  Blue or brown decal eyes and a cloth speaker. She ............

Good Morning Everyone!

I am happy to say we are finally online..so glad about that! The lightening damaged the new computer..lovely right?!

Just a note to say Chef Gina's will not be attending the Barbie Convention this year.  :( But, we can't wait to see everyone's pictures that are posted on facebook!

If there are any stamp collectors.  I have been listing my stamp collection on ebay from when I was a child.  If anyone's interested be sure to take a look! I have hundreds of stamps that are in mint condition and never used. It's defentily going to take me some months to add them all on.

Chef Gina's Update: once again the house got struck by lightening and took out our internet again. Yes, a day after time Warner just got us back online. Fingers crossed that we get back up and running by tonight.
