To place an order by mail or email please provide us with the item names, quantity of items you would like and how you will be paying for your order. We do accept money orders or personal checks. For sales in the US please add $8.95 for shipping. Ohio Residents please pay 8% sales tax. Shipping is per delivery for an unlimited amount of items. Please don't forget to mail us your address too!
