Heads Up, Vegas: Chef Gina’s® Is Bringing the Mini Food Empire to IMOMA 2027
Las Vegas is about to get a whole lot smaller, and a lot more delicious. We are beyond excited to announce that Chef Gina’s® will be attending the 6th Annual International Market of Miniature Artisans (IMOMA) in Las Vegas, Nevada!
This is not just another show. IMOMA is a massive event in the miniature world, with nearly 2,000 attendees expected to flood the halls of the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino from February 18-21, 2027. For the first time ever, I am bringing the Chef Gina’s® experience to this incredible gathering of collectors, artists, and enthusiasts. Whether you are a long-time fan of our handcrafted polymer clay food or a fellow artisan looking to level up your business, this is the place to be.
Mark Your Calendars for the Ultimate Mini Weekend
The IMOMA show is a multi-day extravaganza. Before the show floor even opens to the public, the event kicks off with a dedicated Workshop Day. This is where the real magic happens for those who want to dive deep into the craft and the business of miniatures.

Masterclass: Building a Miniature Brand with Chef Gina’s® Mini Food
While the show floor will be packed with talent, the highlight for us is the exclusive masterclass I will be teaching. This is titled "Masterclass: Building a Miniature Brand with Chef Gina’s® Mini Food, Inside the Blueprint of the Original Doll Food Creator."

If you have ever wondered how to turn a passion for tiny things into a sustainable, recurring brand, this is the class for you. With over 26 years of experience in the collectibles and miniatures industry, I am opening up the playbook on how we built Chef Gina’s® into a household name for doll collectors.
What You Will Learn
This is not a sculpting class, this is a brand-building powerhouse session. We are going to cover the "business of the tiny." Seats are limited to just 30 students, so you will want to grab yours early.
- Identifying High-Margin Niche Themes: Learn how to focus on specific markets, like the 1:6 scale fashion doll community, to maximize your reach and profitability.
- Pricing Structures: Stop guessing! We will discuss how to price your artisanal work so you actually get paid for your time and expertise.
- Building a Website with Recurring Revenue: I will show you how to move beyond one-off sales and create a business model that keeps customers coming back.
- Protecting Your IP: We will have a live name-search activity to discuss trademarking and how to protect your brand from day one.
Class Details:
- Date: Thursday, February 18th, 2027
- Time: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Cost: $50 per student
- Minimum Age: 12
- What to Bring: A phone with internet access is recommended for our live activity, but not required.
A Gift for Every Student: Chef Gina’s® Mini Food Magazine
Every single student who signs up for the masterclass will receive a FREE physical copy of the latest Chef Gina’s® Mini Food Magazine.

Our magazine is a cornerstone of the brand, featuring tutorials, collector spotlights, and the latest releases from our studio. Getting a physical copy is a great way to see how we integrate our digital presence with a high-quality tangible product, another key lesson in brand building! If you can't wait until 2027, you can always check out our current magazine offerings to get a taste of what we do.
Why This Event Is a Milestone for Chef Gina’s®
Attending IMOMA for the first time is a significant moment for us. While we have been in the industry for nearly three decades, the energy of a 2,000-person event in the heart of Las Vegas is unmatched. It is a chance to connect with our wholesale partners, meet our long-time collectors in person, and share the knowledge I have gained since starting this journey.
The miniature community is built on authenticity and artisanal quality. In a world of mass-produced items, IMOMA celebrates the handmade and the unique. That philosophy is at the core of everything we make, from our 1:6 scale salad kits to our elaborate holiday feasts.
