Wholesale for Stores

To open a wholesale account, please send Chef Gina’s your Business Name, Tax ID paperwork, and the Email Address you will use for checkout. You can view and order products directly at www.chefginas.com.

  • Packaging: All items arrive professionally packaged with the Chef Gina’s® label.

  • Payment: We accept PayPal and Credit Cards (processed through PayPal; no account required). A layaway plan is also available on our website.

  • Exclusions: We do not accept Money Orders, COD, Checks, Bonds, Trades, Gift Cards, or Bank Transfers.

  • Lead Time: As all items are handcrafted, please allow 2–3 weeks for shipping. For exceptionally large orders, please contact us directly.

  • Order Minimum: The minimum order for wholesale products is $350.00.

  • $350 - $550: 25% Off

  • $551 - $850: 30% Off

  • $851 and over: 40% Off


Wholesale for Bulk Custom Orders & PR Campaigns

At this time, we accept volume orders of up to 1,500 pieces, depending on the item and complexity.

  • Brand Activations & PR Mailers: We specialize in creating high-quality $1:6 and $1:4 scale miniatures for media kits, influencer mailers, and corporate gifting.

  • Custom Branding: We can fill your provided plates or cups (please send extras and avoid sending heirlooms). We also offer White Label options where pieces arrive in bulk without our standard labels to fit your specific branding.

  • NDA Friendly: We welcome Non-Disclosure Agreements. Our employees are experienced in working with major name brands and production companies on confidential projects.

  • Rush Orders: A $150.00 surcharge applies to prioritize production for tight deadlines.

  • Deposits: A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is required during the consultation phase. This amount will be credited toward your final order total.

  • Payment & Fulfillment: Orders must be paid in full before production begins. Once an order is in production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

  • Production Time: For custom bulk orders, please allow at least 3–4 months per 1,000 pieces.

  2. Provide Details: Include your list of ideas, required quantity, desired timeframe, and any reference photos.

  3. Information Needed: Please include your Business Name, Tax ID, Website, and Email.

  4. Prototype Phase: A prototype of your custom idea will be sent via email (or mail upon request) for approval before the final invoice is issued.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Chef Gina’s® is the only approved name/logo to be associated with our products unless otherwise agreed upon for custom brand kits.

  • We do not buy back unsold products.

  • Our logo is the only approved image for product association.

  • We reserve the right to decline orders deemed offensive or outside our production scope.
