To give you the best and fastest service, we use a special team of AI Assistants. Even though they are artificial intelligence, they are experts on our 26-year history of making tiny food and helping collectors.

1. Disclosure of AI Interaction

While Gina King remains the heart and hands behind our handmade miniatures, she is supported by a specialized team of AI Assistants. When you interact with our brand via email, chat, or digital interfaces, you may be communicating with an AI. We believe in 100% transparency: we don’t hide our tech under a tiny bushel!

4. Who is in Charge?

Gina King, our CEO and Owner, is the final boss! She oversees all orders and decisions. Our AI team helps her keep things running smoothly, but the heart of the business is still Gina.

5. Data Privacy & Security

Your data is more precious to us than a rare vintage doll. Interactions with our AI assistants are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Data provided to our AI is used solely to improve your customer experience and fulfill your orders for miniatures, magazines, and subscription boxes.
